		<description>I have been billed by Mobile Me for 3 years, without every signing up. Last year they had a phone number and someone helped me.  This year, I am required to Chat and have been told that it is not their problem and take it up with the credit card company.  I am appalled at their complete lack of service.  You can&#039;t even speak to a human!</description>

		<description>That sucks. Promising innovations are pretty useless without good and effective customer service behind them. Sad to say that Apple just seem to endure it.</description>
