And I wish I could agree with your optimistic tone. But I can't<br><br>Certainly we see organizations using technology in product developing to speed up the process. But when it comes to the organizations themselves, I see the opposite. <br><br>It seems to me that organizations are using technology to increase complexity. We use it to try to plan the error out of new processes. Initiatives remain a mostly political process and the ones that finally gain approval usually don't last long enough to really affect the organization. And as for real organizational experiments, it seems more likely to me that we'll stay with the language of "trial and error" rather than "experiment and learn." This is a great post, John.
